We love this pediatrician's office! The staff is very accommodating! In fact, they go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable, to answer my questions, and to offer the best advice for care. I always leave wellness visits feeling like I've been heard, my questions have been addressed, and I feel supported and able to be a good parent. Dr Phipps is a fantastic listener, and takes the time necessary to be thorough. I never feel rushed. Plus she always wears cute shoes, earrings or shirts that kids will notice and like 😀 We were, unfortunately, sick a lot this past winter. We had a few times that one of my three kids needed to be seen on a holiday, a weekend, or once even pretty early in the morning so we could leave for an out of town funeral. Dr Phipps met us at the office each time and got our kids the care they needed. No trip to urgent care needed. Twice I had to call late at night and I was able to speak to a doctor to get help. The office is clean and well organized with fun fish tanks and toys/books. My kids got shots today and they used these little vibrating animals against their legs that help kids feel less pain when the needle goes in. They had sugar free lollipops for right after the shots, and a prize box my kids love to dig through. This is our fourth Pediatrician's office, and I will tell you, this one is top notch. I love everything about this place, and am so glad to have Dr Phipps and her staff in my corner. I feel lucky to be able to take my kids there.

We can’t express how much we love this place! Dr. Phipps is awesome, the front desk girls are very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful with anything we need. They are great at working with us when anything comes up we would highly recommend Mainstreet to anyone looking for pediatric care!!

Due to a move and change in insurance, my 1.5-year-old has had 3 pediatricians. Dr. Phipps is by far our favorite. The entire staff was so kind and patient with my daughter, who was extremely wary of doctors after having extensive allergy skin tests elsewhere. The entire staff gave my daughter time to play and get to know them before doing anything - we didn’t even have to ask. They could just tell she needed it.

That facility is clean, fun, inviting, and comfortable.
