Dr. Phipps has been so wonderful! She’s seen our newborn since he was less than a week old, he’s now almost two months and we couldn’t be happier with our treatment at her office. No matter what time it is she’s always available and more than happy to speak with you about any concerns. She takes her time during every visit and always gives our baby an extensive and thorough exam. Her staff is friendly, caring and patient; being new parents has been stressful but everyone is so patient and helpful with our endless questions! We definitely recommend Dr. Phipps, she’s the best!
Due to a move and change in insurance, my 1.5 year old has had 3 pediatricians. Dr. Phipps is by far our favorite. The entire staff was so kind and patient with my daughter, who was extremely wary of doctors after having extensive allergy skin tests elsewhere. The entire staff gave my daughter time to play and get to know them before doing anything - we didn’t even have to ask. They could just tell she needed it.
That facility is clean, fun, inviting, and comfortable.
Dr. Phipps is beyond amazing. As many patients as she has she always remembers my daughter and makes her feel super special. She has the best personality and attitude and approach towards kids and us as parents. She's very honest and gives the best advice. We're very very sad to be leaving the state and having to find a new pediatrician. She's been our second in the past year and a half but I wish we could keep her forever. My daughter will truly miss seeing her for her check ups. The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS polite and sweet. My daughter loves being there even when she gets her shots. It's a wonderful atmosphere all around. It couldn't feel less like a doctors office.

We love this pediatrician's office! The staff is very accommodating! In fact, they go above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable, to answer my questions, and to offer the best advice for care. I always leave wellness visits feeling like I've been heard, my questions have been addressed, and I feel supported and able to be a good parent. Dr Phipps is a fantastic listener, and takes the time necessary to be thorough. I never feel rushed. Plus she always wears cute shoes, earrings or shirts that kids will notice and like 😀 We were, unfortunately, sick a lot this past winter. We had a few times that one of my three kids needed to be seen on a holiday, a weekend, or once even pretty early in the morning so we could leave for an out of town funeral. Dr Phipps met us at the office each time and got our kids the care they needed. No trip to urgent care needed. Twice I had to call late at night and I was able to speak to a doctor to get help. The office is clean and well organized with fun fish tanks and toys/books. My kids got shots today and they used these little vibrating animals against their legs that help kids feel less pain when the needle goes in. They had sugar free lollipops for right after the shots, and a prize box my kids love to dig through. This is our fourth Pediatrician's office, and I will tell you, this one is top notch. I love everything about this place, and am so glad to have Dr Phipps and her staff in my corner. I feel lucky to be able to take my kids there.
