Lauren completed her undergraduate degree from Baylor University and  Masters in Nursing Practice from Regis University. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is also certified as a Pediatric Nurse. While Lauren can see patients across the lifespan, her special interests include older elementary, adolescent, and early adulthood patients. She has a passion for facilitating parents and patients as they transition to adulthood, encouraging autonomy, and understanding of their changing bodies. She has a special focus on asthma management, healthy lifestyles for children through activity and diet, emotional and behavioral health, empowerment of children, and contraceptives. Prior to working at Mainstreet Pediatrics, Lauren worked in the Pulmonary Unit at Children’s Hospital Colorado for six years followed by a Behavioral Health Clinic. Lauren is a St. Louis native, with deep roots embedded in Colorado with her husband, two adventurous kids, and two labrador retrievers. She enjoys weekend escapes to Breckenridge, snow skiing, hiking, and family time.
