Rachel Couch, FNP-BC, CPNP-PC
“I consider it an absolute privilege to partner with you in caring for your child.”
Originally from Washington State, Rachel’s journey has taken her across the U.S. and overseas alongside her husband’s military career. After years of exploring, she and her family are thrilled to finally call Colorado their forever home. Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Pensacola Christian College in 2011, spending the next seven years building a robust clinical foundation in the ER, ICU, military medicine, and post-operative care. In 2018, she graduated from Gonzaga University as a Family Nurse Practitioner, gaining diverse experience in family medicine, urgent care, and women’s health. However, after welcoming her first daughter in 2021, Rachel realized her true calling lay in pediatrics. She pursued a post-master’s certification at the University of Colorado Anschutz and is proudly dually board-certified as both a Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Rachel believes in holistic, evidence-based, and deeply empathetic care. Thanks to her outside work mentoring adolescents, she has a special gift for partnering with teenagers and their parents during the transition to adulthood. As a mother of two young children, she also loves supporting parents through the beautiful chaos of the newborn and toddler years. With a passion for sports medicine, she takes great joy in keeping young athletes healthy and active. Outside the clinic, Rachel is an outdoor and endurance sports enthusiast. When she isn’t training for her next triathlon or running marathons, she is out adventuring with her husband, raising their two "spicy" daughters, and keeping up with their golden retriever.
