Hi, I’m Kristen and I am thrilled to be joining the team at Mainstreet Pediatrics. I have been caring for children in one capacity or another for over 15 years. I enjoy making relationships with children and learning from them. I graduated in 2015 from the University of Northern Colorado with my Bachelor of Science in nursing. After graduating, I took a position in a pediatric primary care office as a nurse. Here I learned how to work with the family to provide family-centered care. This position taught me how important it is to listen to both parental and child concerns. I value family input and concerns and always take this to heart when treating children.

I recently graduated from Vanderbilt University with my Master of Science in Nursing with a pediatric primary care specialty. I am certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.  I am a Colorado native and love what this state has to offer. Outside of work I can often be found being active outside with my husband and our lab, Breck. I am lucky to have family close by and love spending time with them. I am so excited to meet you and your children and work together to provide the best possible care for them!
