Not Registered?
After you fill in the form in the apps first screen. You will receive a “Welcome Email” which will provide links to download the app from the Apple and Google Play store. This email will contain your username and password.
Log in to the app using the credentials you received in the Welcome email. Please contact the staff if you need us to resend the email.
Follow the instructions in the app for improved outcomes. Please complete all of your tasks on time, and use the messaging function to contact your provider and his/her staff for any questions.
